ROLE OF CSOs IN SUPPORTING MIGRANT WORKERS, THREE-DAY TRAINING

Our Program Coordinator is attending a 3-day training in Simba Lodge Naivasha, organized by the International Organization for Migration (IOM). The objectives of the training are; 1. To create a Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) network at the local level that will provide the CSOs with a platform to share their upcoming activities (A networking platform). 2. To learn the role of CSOs in amplifying the voices of migrant workers and identify gaps on the employment and recruitment process.
Life Bloom works with Vulnerable women across Nakuru and Narok Counties. Therefore, being part of such a crucial training will equip us with knowledge in supporting our women in the recruitment process and reintegration, through partnerships with the relevant stakeholders and other CSOs.
