Life Bloom has been at the forefront of supporting children with access to justice, health services and rescue and shelter. For the past 20 years, children have been direct and indirect beneficiaries of our programs. This is why, we sought partnerships with relevant stakeholders in the National Government to contribute greatly to the welfare of children in Nakuru and Narok counties, through the Area Advisory Committee (AAC).
Yesterday, our program coordinator attended the Area Advisory Committee meeting in the Naivasha Sub-County children’s office, chaired by the Assistant County Commissioner (ACC). The main agenda of the brief meeting, was for stakeholders to come together to exchange ideas and information on matters children welfare.
The chair called upon the stakeholders present to implement multi-sectoral approaches going forward, to ensure the welfare of children in Naivasha is given precedence.
Life Bloom’s team has been offering great psychosocial support to children arraigned in court and children testifying in court.
