Life Bloom’s team was part of the steering committee that planned and oversaw the Day of the African Child celebrations in collaboration with more than 20 Charitable Children Institutions, Civil Society Organizations, Corporate institutions and Individuals to sensitize the communities on the importance of Education for all African Children. The day was marked with celebration of children at shelter yetu on the 14th of June.
As part of Life Bloom’s mission of breaking systemic cycles of vulnerability in children, we help to reduce vulnerabilities of children to trafficking and exploitation. One of the ways we achieve this is through providing education support to vulnerable children in Nakuru and Narok Counties.
Life Bloom was awarded a certificate of appreciation for our role in the celebrations and also our role in children’s lives.
