TGGF PROJECT ACTIVITY; VISIT TO LAKE VIEW PRIMARY SCHOOL

Yesterday, 30 beneficiaries of The Generosity for Girls Fund (TGGF Phase VII) project received menstrual hygiene packages from our team. This activity took place in Lake View Primary school, which has been a platform to reaching many of the beneficiaries we have had.
Over the past 6 years, the TGGF project has been implemented by Life Bloom, while being supported by Equality Now Through their generosity, we have been able to support girls in Naivasha, who were survivors of sexual exploitation and girls at risk of being sexually exploited, aged 9 years to 16 years. To achieve transformation for the girls, we have supported them by providing menstrual hygiene packages, which a lack there of in the past would have paved way for sexual exploitation, mentorship sessions on online sexual exploitation and engagement of stakeholders directly involved in their welfare.
As we celebrate 20 years, we are thankful to have the opportunity to transform the lives of women and children in our communities.
