Our program coordinator is attending a crucial 2-day Area Advisory training in Nakuru, which is meant to equip the Area Advisory Councils with knowledge and capacity in the new Children’s Act 2022, types of child abuse, and interventions and child protection case management.
One of Life Bloom’s core program activities is Rescue and Shelter of children at risk of exploitation, trafficking and abuse, by ensuring access to justice and safer living areas like Charitable Children Institutions (CCIs). We work hand in hand with the government officials, judiciary and other relevant stakeholders to realize our mandate.
Such a crucial training will support our work of ensuring that we remain steadfast in protecting the rights of children!
