Following the Financial Sustainability Training by Humentum which begun with coaching session in 2023, followed by online organizational workshops, and development of financial policies and strategies, Life Bloom Services International had now entered the implementation phase of the financial sustainability strategy.
The culmination of the training was a 3-day workshop for staff members and key stakeholders. The aim of the workshop was to better understand how to raise funds for the sustainability of the organization beyond 20 years.
