Rosalin Njeri

Rosalin joined Life Bloom in 2020 as an accounts/ administration officer. She is detail oriented and demonstrates technical accounting skills. Rosalin maintains book keeping, records/ filing payment vouchers of all project expenses and grants from donors for donor reporting and for purposes of auditing.  She also prepares the organization’s payroll and disburses salaries to employees. Rosalin is responsible for filing the organization’s statutory returns and working closely with the organization auditor for auditing purposes. Her Knowledge and ability to handle accounts and admin is evident.

As the Human resource, Rosalin does liaise with the CEO in order to formulate appointment letters for the newly recruited employees, formulate contract renewal letters for the existing employees. Also, she records employee timesheets to confirm if an employee’s salary is in line with the number of hours worked. Also, Rosalin conducts virtual interviews together with the Management team during candidate’s recruitment process.
